Terms of Service

By using water-damage-restoration-san-antonio.net (“the site”) or calling the number displayed on it, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Site Is

The site is a free referral service. It connects callers with independent, third-party restoration contractors serving the San Antonio, Texas area. The site does not perform restoration, plumbing, mold remediation, or any other work, and is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor. The site may receive compensation from contractors or networks for connected calls; this does not change what you pay a contractor.

2. Independent Contractors

All work is performed by independent professionals responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and warranties. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the contractor — Texas mold remediation licenses can be checked through the TDLR license search. The site does not endorse, supervise, or guarantee any contractor's work.

3. Informational Content Only

Guides and other content on the site are general information for the San Antonio area, not professional advice. They are not insurance advice (your policy's wording controls), not legal advice, and not a substitute for on-site assessment by a qualified professional. Cost figures are typical market ranges, not quotes. While we work to keep content accurate and cite primary sources, we make no warranty that any content is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Emergencies

If a situation threatens life or safety — structural collapse, electrical hazards in water, gas odors — call 911 first, not this site.

5. No Warranties

The site and referral service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability of contractors at any given time or in any given area.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, calls placed through it, or work performed by independent contractors — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it; remedies concerning a contractor's work lie with that contractor.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempting to disrupt the service, no placing fraudulent or harassing calls to the number.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content (text, guides, diagrams) belongs to the site operator. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is welcome; wholesale republication is not.

9. Changes & Governing Law

Terms may be updated by posting a new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
