Privacy Policy
This policy describes how water-damage-restoration-san-antonio.net (“the site,” “we”) handles information when you browse the site or call the phone number displayed on it.
Phone Calls — Please Read This Section
- Call routing. The phone number on this site is a tracking number. When you call it, your call is routed to an independent, licensed restoration contractor serving your area. The site is a referral service and may be compensated for calls connected to contractors.
- Call recording and analytics. Calls placed to the site's number may be recorded and analyzed for quality, routing, and referral-verification purposes by the site's call-tracking provider. By staying on the line after connecting, you consent to recording where consent is required. Texas is a one-party-consent state; we disclose recording here anyway so nobody is surprised.
- Call data collected may include your phone number, call time and duration, and the general geographic area of the call. This data is used to route calls, verify referrals, and improve the service — not to build marketing profiles.
- What the contractor receives. The contractor who answers receives your call and anything you tell them. Their handling of your information is governed by their own practices — they are independent businesses, not part of this site.
Website Browsing
- No accounts, no forms. The site has no login, no contact forms, and does not ask you to enter personal information anywhere.
- Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that measures aggregate page views without cookies, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting of individual visitors.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard technical data (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for how it handles that data.
- Cookies. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
If you email contact@water-damage-restoration-san-antonio.net, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. We don't add you to mailing lists — there aren't any.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. Information is shared only as described above (call routing to contractors, call-tracking and hosting providers as service processors) or if required by law.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your Choices & Contact
